If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact us. Pictures of damage are appreciated! We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.

If you or your recipient are not satisfied with the taste of our chocolate and would like a refund, please send the rest of chocolate candies back to us. (We don't want to treat anyone as a scammer. Please keep it in mind, we have your shipping address.)
